* Tampered with

Please report the issue immediately with:

* Photos/videos of the parcel

* Proof of damage

Failure to report within 24 hours may affect claim eligibility.

## 9. Delayed or Lost Parcels

If a parcel is delayed or believed to be lost:

* Customers should contact us within 7 days from the estimated delivery date.
* We will assist in coordinating with the courier company.
